One of my friends in combox of previous post says that HE sent this letter after his recent meeting with the Holy Father. I've asked her for her source. It's very important because if true, it proves that Pope Benedict means business. AND it would be very encouraging for those of us who are worrying about the upcoming ad limina of the English and Welsh bishops. The 'rumour mill' is already grinding on that one. More as news is available.
